Product Description

The iGlobe is designed to be a general purpose globe that suits most applications around the home or office. It is not dimmable. The iGlobe is equivalent to a 60 watt globe in the old scale and comes in bayonette or screw fitting in cool white or warm light colours (more info on light colours here..).

The iGlobe consumes 5.5 watts of power, and emits 610 Lumens of light. Common uses for the iglobe include bedrooms, bathrooms and hallways. If more light is required for areas such as large rooms or living areas, as well as dimmable applications, we recommend the iGlobe MAXX.

LED technology is designed to last, and can often last up to 30 years. iGlobe guarantees the life of it’s products for at least 5 years – that’s our iGuarantee.

    Performance & Reliability

Posted by Croydon on 27th Aug 2018

A great bulb that gives off a nice white light while using little power. The best bit is their reliability, we live in a rural area with many power fluctuations that used to regularly "blow" standard globes. We have not had a single failure with an iGlode in 5 years, which is outstanding.

    iGlobe 5.5W

Posted by Andrew Heard on 6th Aug 2018

gets good reviews @ http://www.ledbenchmark.com/display.php?id=114&name=iGlobe+5.5W+CW+Globe. Measured output is higher than spec although power consumption 7.8W is also higher than spec 5.5W. Good price with free shipping. Have had 10 x 9W MAXX globes for last 4 years w/o any trouble & this 5.5W one has about the same brightness.
